I have continued to work on the ERP project Sandoz, where I was a member of the CORE team, which is responsible for development of the ERP system and I was actively involved and responsible for the integration of ERP-MES. I was also responsible for the development of interfaces between the 3rd party systems WHICH are primary MES systems. Furthermore, I was also a part of a pilot project, where I was responsible for the integration of ERP - MES (WERUM).
During those two years, I have gained a lot of knowledge regarding the manufacturing processes and the implementation of ERP as well as MES. Later on, I was invited to participate in the roll out MES within the Sandoz division. I was happy and pleased to accept this challenge and I have continued to work with the project management as well as integration with MES-SAP system. While I was working, I was educated in the field of project management (Leading International Projects in Novartis around the World) as well as in the area of soft skills(presentation skills, communication skills). When being in role of IT Project manager, I had the opportunity to experience the management of larger groups of people and their organization around the world, during PAS|X (MES) implementation(India, Turkey). I have also passed the course of MB1 that was an excellent preparation on how to conduct and organize a group of people. One of my latest achievement is Agile Project Management skills. At the end, I was promoted to Head of IT development in R&D, at Novartis.
After my Sole Proprietor in area of Senior Project Manager (SAP-MES Integration, MES, Serialization..) and I'm more than happy to do this change, I become employe of LONZA in area of MODA MES system deployment and development in cells & blood therapy , BiO pharmaceutical industry and Manufacturing as well as Senior Product Strategist. Now my job is also my hobby.
I am a person full of ideas and with the desire for new experiences, knowledge and skills. I would also describe myself as a communicative and fun person. All of this is also evident form many hobbies that I have in my free time (VB, C ++ programing and application development, Arduino / PIC application development, Furniture manufacturing....).
When we are talking about electronic I need to mentioned that everything from idea, schematics, PCB design, and creating prototype PCB's to testing and designing is covered.
Furniture manufacturing and designing, from idea to real usage. When we are talking about furniture, we are talking about kitchens on order, living rooms, anteroom, children's rooms, bathrooms ... ....).
In my free time i love to go on a hike on a nearest hill and spend time with my wife and 2 childrens.
